Who We Are
Peters Development is a full service real estate development and real estate investment firm based in High Point, NC. In 2021, Peters Development was awarded the best renovation project in the Triad from the Triad Business Journal (TBJ) for the Bethany Medical Corporate Office building located at 645 N. Main Street in High Point. In addition, Dan Hill, VP of Peters Development, was awarded the TBJ Commercial Real Estate Award for retail sales with a volume of $12.32 million for 2020.
We seek to develop and acquire high-quality investments at discounts to replacement cost. When possible, we improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives.
